OCE is dedicated to protecting the environment and the health of our citizens, young and old. We are a non-profit organization consisting of a small entrepreneurial team of attorneys and advocates who ensure that clean air and clean water laws are enforced at national, state and local levels. The unfortunate reality is that the governing agencies that are charged with implementing these laws often fall short of their mark. OCE works on behalf of the public to ensure existing environmental laws are enforced and properly implemented.
