George W Bush likes to borrow the phrase/s "The Culture of Life" and "The Culture of Death" from the late Pope John Paul II. But he uses them for his own political purposes. The Culture of Life means much more than anti-abortion, etc. It means ending the death penalty. It means a living wage for all people. It means many, many things. Look it up: http://www.vatican.va.
