Electronic voting machines made by Diebold were stored in the homes, cars and garages of volunteer pollworkers in the days and weeks leading to the June 6, 2006 election. These are the machines have been shown to be hackable by one person in two minutes without a password!  This breach of security made the machines illegal to use in the election, yet they were used nonetheless, casting serious doubt on the announced election results. The CA-50 Action Group formed to demand a hand count of the election as proof that the announced election results are accurate. We are pursuing various strategies at this point to achieve accountability from the Registrar of Voters and the State.



We are fighting this battle here so we don't have to fight it in 435 Congressional Districts in November!
