Michael W. Lemberger has received more than a hundred national, regional, and state awards for photographic excellence. An artist, teacher, and author as well as a photographer, he has taught photography seminars at the University of Iowa and the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He works in both film and digital media. In more than fifty years in the field, he has worked in news photography for newspapers, magazines, and television stations. He has also done commercial, aerial, portrait, wedding, and real estate photography. Leigh Michaels is the award-winning author of more than 80 novels and non-fiction books, including On Writing Romance (Writers Digest Books, 2007).
