The measurements listed are the actual measurements of the clothing item, not of your child. It is most important to know your child's chest and length measurements. To obtain a chest measurement, measure your child around the chest, under the arms (with arms up) and then add 1-2" for movement. If your child's measurements fall between sizes, we recommend going up a size.
Raise your arms slightly and measure around your body. Be sure to measure the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
Measure around your waist where your pants usually fall. Keep one finger between the tape and your body to ensure an accurate fit.
