Gingerbread Christmas Memories
When I think about Christmas or the holidays, I can't help but remember how gingerbread was a big part of my childhood. I remember mixing up the soft brown batter; the smell as the vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon mingled together while the cookies baked; and how much fun it was to decorate the cooled cookies.
