How To Become a MediaTees Affiliate and Earn 20% on Every Sale

1) Are you eligible?

If you have a website, blog, or even a MySpace profile, you can sign up to be a MediaTees affiliate. As long as you have some place to put customized links and you have traffic coming in, you can be well on your way to making 20% of every sale that you send to MediaTees. If you do, congratulations. You're eligible and you can move on to step 2.

2) Signing up for the affiliate program

Visit the link below and fill out all of the required information. Don't forget to put down MediaTees as your referral.

Be aware that the sign up form with ask for your social security number. This is necessary in order to be legally paid, and since this an actual company, it is necessary. After signing up, you will be assigned a PID. The PID is used to track your links and to make sure that you get credit for all of the sales that you refer to MediaTees.

3) Get Links!

Easy so far right? Now that you're signed up and you have an affiliate PID number, you're ready to start creating links.

Below, you'll find some examples of links that you can set up. Wherever you see pid=xxxxxxx, you want to insert your 7 digit pid number where the xxxxxx is. But remember, you can always create your own links as well. After you see the examples, you'll see how easy it is to set up links with any images found on MediaTees.com

Now here's the key. Where you see http://www.cafepress.com/MediaTees?pid=xxxxxx, you can change that to lead to any MediaTees location you want. If you look at the last link, you can see the /1113776 on the end of the link. That is the exact link location of the "Love Grenade" section. So, now you see that you can link not only to the main MediaTees page, but also to any section, or even any specific product. All you need to do is to take the address where that you want the link to go to, and add ?pid=xxxxxxx to the end of it. It's that simple.

In order to choose the designs you want, just right click on the image (this can be a design, actual t shirt, or any other image), choose properties, then copy the location of the image and insert it after IMG SRC=".

So to sum it up: To make an affiliate link you can A) copy any of the links above and insert your PID number B) Make your own link using the formula

4) Watch the money pour in!

Make sure you experiment a little. Try different images in different locations to see what works the best.
