"Movie Cliches"

If you love movies the way I do, you are probably well aware of the various cliches that are used in nearly every film. Every car chase, for example, has to include the obligatory "run into food" scene. And every elevator has to have an easily accessible door in the ceiling to escape through. Sure, you could complain about the lack of creativity involved in using these cliches, but I'd rather make fun of them instead!

In any martial arts film, the bad guys always obligingly take turns attacking the hero one at a time, regardless of how many bad guys there are or what they are armed with.

Movie Cliches - Synchronized Timepieces

Movie Cliches - Synchronized Timepieces
Thanks to the power of movie cliches, any occurrence with a specified time will occur precisely as the second hand hits the hour, regardless of what timepiece is being looked at.

Movie Cliches - Thunder & Lightning
