Marigold's Recommendations Goodies

First off, let me just say that my head has not swelled out of all proportion, or that I have set up this shop thinking that I am anyone special that deserves a t-shirt with their logo on it. A while ago I was mentioning to a Lord of The Rings group online that I was acquiring quite an unexpected and gratifyingly popular little web empire based around my original Marigold’s Recommendations Page, (which you will transported to by hitting the logo to the left) and Lindelea innocently asked when the t-shirts would be available. I joked back that Daisy Gamgee had a Café Press Shop with items for her lovely Merry and Pippin fic, The History of Us, and maybe I should open one myself.

Well, then to my surprise, people came forward to encourage me, and said that they would love a t-shirt, or a mousepad, or a mug, and so I said to my trusty assistant Sandy K, shall we give it a try? Sandy loves doing work like this and had a lovely time designing the fantastic logo, and planning the products, so here we are! She is the one who has done all of the work, so praise her with great praise! I am very excited as I can use a bit of money after all, as I am trying to save up enough to escape from Mordor, otherwise known as L.A., back to the Shire, where I will be getting married in February and living happily ever after.

It is all meant in good fun, and should you actually buy something that you like and one day pass a woman in the street or at a Tolkien Convention when wearing your Marigold t-shirt or baseball cap, and she starts jumping up and down giggling with delight, it will be me!
