I click on the product I want to create and it says "Hold on...we're getting the designer ready" but it never loads.

I want to use the same image on other products. For example, I want to create a Baseball Jersey and Kids Baseball Jersey with the same image.

You do need to create image again for each product you'd like to order.

How am I sure my image will be centered?

When dragging your image left and right, you will see an orange line appear which indicates you image is centered in the print area. The blue lines will help you to be sure the various pieces of your image are aligned with each other.

How do I put my image on the belly of the Maternity shirt?

At this time, the chest area is the only option for the Maternity shirt in Create and Buy. There isn't a default selection you can check that would place the image on the belly area for the maternity shirt in create and buy. As an alternative you can create the maternity shirt in your shop if you want to have the print on the belly area.

How do I add an image to the back?

We don't currently offer back printing on the infant bodysuit or dark colored (Black, Cardinal, Navy, Military Green, Red, Royal, Brown, Charcoal, Kelly Green) apparel in our Create and Buy system. However, we do offer back images on dark apparel in our groups http://groups.cafepress.com/.

My image says "maximum size," how do I make it bigger?

The designer won't allow you to stretch it too far to prevent it from being blurry on the finished product. If you want to exceed the maximum size you'll have to use software like Adobe Photoshop to alter the design or create a new image from scratch.

How do I change the colors of the clip art images?

Single colored images can be changed using the color palette. However, if the clip art consists of multiple colors the colors cannot be changed.
