P.L. loves listening to it. She says it makes her feel adventurous and free, like time has no bounds.
And it truly has no bounds. It becomes something you can pass through or shape.
There are also stacks of old vinyl records in our collection. One of them contains music that ranges from the mystical and surrealistic to light-hearted and full of hope. One of these songs creeps into my head frequently. I finally decided to fulfill an old dream, drawing or painting my visual image of it.
So came to be "Painting the Day," in which P.L. welcomes sunlight into the world with the help of a paint brush and a palette.
