This is online store supports Lone Star Bulldog Rescue (LSBR)! All proceeds going to saving and bettering the lives of unfortunate and needy Bulldogs in the care of LSBR.
Lone Star Bulldog Rescue accepts Bulldogs whose owners can no longer keep them, and retrieve Bulldogs from shelters and undesirable situations. We then rehabilitate them before placement by providing necessary medical treatment, as well as spaying and neutering all dogs that come into our care. LSBR thoroughly screens applicants before making placement decisions, as well as informing interested adopters about rescue and LSBR requirements. We place Bulldogs in suitable homes as soon as reasonably possible, so they can start their "new lives" quickly. While these Bulldogs are waiting for their new homes they are fostered in the home of someone in our rescue.
We can only take "English Bulldogs", absolutely no other types, i.e. American Bulldogs, Pitbulls, etc. Use this link to help you determine if your dog is actually an "English" Bulldog.
LSBR typically has 15 - 20 bulldogs in rescue at any point in time. Last year we spent over $49,000 in vet bills, which continue to mount.Lone Star Bulldog Rescue is self-funded with help from fund-raising events and programs, Lone Star Bulldog Club, and several individual volunteers & donors. LSBC (&R) is a federally approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
