A guidebook for group facilitators on how to create a Personal Theater Troupe
Synopsis
There are many reasons that groups of people gather together. Whether the initial draw is spiritual, social, therapeutic or issue oriented, group facilitators are faced with the challenge of stimulating participant engagement. "Group to Troupe presentations are designed for group facilitators who interested in invigorating their sessions with playfulness and personal storytelling. As a long-time creative enrichment specialist, Broomberg understands the ways in which interactive exercises engender intimacy and development through collaboration. This workshop can be offered in a participatory format to groups of up to 30 participants or in a lecture format with audience members volunteering to show how the forms are applied.
