Below this text are Army caps, Army cups, Army shirts, and other Army merchandise for 8th Personnel Command members, retirees, veterans, family, and supporters.

The 8th Personnel Command (Provisional) was activated 15 January 1982 as a major subordinate command of Eighth Army. It was comprised of the following subordinate units:
Headquarters and Headquarters Company,
199th Personnel Service Company,
516th Personnel Service Company,
1st Replacement Regulating Detachment,
Headquarters, Postal Group-Korea,
and 1st, 10th, 19th, 66th, 81st and 117th AG Detachments (Postal).

The 8th Personnel Command was permanently organized under a Table of Organization and Equipment effective 16 October 1987. The command is the successor to a number of units responsible for Army personnel administration in Korea: the Office of the Adjutant General, Eighth United States Army, the U.S. Army Military Personnel Center-Korea, and most recently, the 8th Personnel Command (Provisional).

8th Personnel Command conducts Theater Army Personnel Service operations in support of the Eighth United States Army (EUSA) and United States Forces Korea (USFK). The mission of 8th Personnel Command is to sustain personnel readiness and to exercise command and control over assigned theater-level personnel units.

The command is headquartered in Yongsan, Republic of Korea, with subordinate units located throughout the Republic of Korea.

Current Organizations assigned to 8th Personnel Command are: Headquarters and Headquarters Company,
1st Replacement Company,
509th Personnel Service Battalion, and
516th Personnel Service Battalion.

The 1st Replacement Company, located in Yongsan, is responsible for controlling and processing all incoming soldiers entering Korea.

The 509th Personnel Service Battalion provides personnel services and postal support to the 2nd Infantry Division and other units in South Korea. The 509th Personnel Service Battalion at Camp Casey has an A Detachment, a B Detachment, and a subordinate unit, the 19th AG Company (Postal) with platoons located at Camp Casey and Camp Red Cloud.

The 516th Personnel Service Battalion is headquartered in Yongsan with detachments located at Camp Humphreys and Camp Henry. Also, Delta Company of the 516th Personnel Service Battalion is responsible for controlling all incoming mail to Korea. Postal platoons are located in Yongsan, Kimpo Airport, Camp Humphreys and Camp Henry.

The EUSA Band in Yongsan, Republic of Korea, performs throughout South Korea.

6. We can move a chest image to the pocket area or move a pocket area image to the chest area.

Indicate what Army merchandise you would like, what Army insignia you desire, and what Army graphics you would like on the front and the back. Your product will be loaded within a few weeks, so you can return to purchase it in a self-service transaction.
