Rainbow Flag and Male, Female Symbols


The rainbow flag has become the most widely used and recognized symbols of the gay pride movement. It was designed by San Francisco artist Gilbert Baker in 1978, and was a huge success. at first with 8 colors (pink and indigo taken off later on):

Pink for sexuality, Red for life, Orange for healing, Yellow for the sun, Green for nature, Blue for art, Indigo for harmony, Violet for spirit.

Our designer's mission here is to make a simple recognizable sign for the homosexual community. Some are discreet, others more flashy, depending on one's mood.
