In 1984, I designed the first MudBug Madness poster for the Mudbug Madness Festival held in Shreveport, Louisiana. It was based on an old woodcut of a lobster since I couldn't find an old woodcut of a crawfish that I liked. So, I worked on it a bit to make it look more like a crawfish than a lobster. After all was said and done, it still looked a bit too much like a lobster though. So 24 years after "No. 1", I have gone back and reworked it a whole lot more to make it look a whole lot more like a mudbug. And now, I present MudBug Madness No. 2. So . . . suck'em if ya got'em!
