The Kudzu Country Store offers a variety of tasty delights as well as plants, books, face painting and T-shirts. It just isn't early autumn until you've had your first kudzu shortcake. The Kudzu Garden Club will help serve approximately 10,000 of these delicious treats using shortcakes and over 3100 pounds of kudzu prepared by the local church groups and Lions Club. Other treats include the terrific kudzu-ade shake-ups, ice cream and, of course, kudzu popcorn. No one leaves the Kudzu Country Store hungry. If you need something to eat for later or to take home, check out the Kudzu Bakery for those delicious kudzu treats that you never have time to bake. The Kudzu Garden Club will have its display of kudzu. You can pick up something new for your own garden and get lots of expert advice.
