Kiai!

Kiai! The powerful ki-filled bellow of a martial artist.

My absolute favorite version was my aikido Sensei's stunning and heart-felt "THANK YOU!" ....As in, "thank you for this gift of your energy, which you think is an attack. But I treat it as a gift." He meant it, and it showed! He was a living example of the power of a positive attitude.
