An eclectic mix of traditiional and contemporary folk music with ukulele and vocals on every track. (Jug and washboard on a few.) ---- "My first ukulele experience happened in the summer of 2003. While walking around Honolulu, I admired the many and varied ukuleles. One ukulele in particular stood out from the rest. It was made of beautiful koa wood and had a concert neck with a soprano body. Holding it was as though we'd grown up together. It sang with beautiful voice on simply plucked notes. We have been companions ever since. I'm trying to figure out the basics and I still have a long way to go. (If only I could just get out of its way!) In the summer of 2004, a baritone ukulele found me that has a wonderful complementing tone. These tracks are the result of our collaboration.
