This design is based upon a satire of the official seal of the Department of Homeland Security, but the Department of Homeland Insecurity is something completely different, right?
Maybe so, maybe not. The two seem eerily similar. When the whole government is devoted to establishing security at all costs, how else can we interpret it but as a manifestation of deep insecurity? Before we follow along with the government's program of destruction of freedom in the name of extremist nationalism, we might want to question the Republican insistence that everyone is out to get us.
Let's get rid of the Department of Homeland Security, and the Homeland Insecurity that goes along with it.

Design of the Month: Shut Down Guantanamo Bumper Sticker
Remind me again... what was this election about? Oh, that's right: it was about an end to the Bush Era of lawlessness. It was about restoring respect for human rights and civil liberties. It was about stopping the War On Terror baloney. So now that the Democratic Party has won the House of Representatives, and the Senate, and the White House, it has WHAT? Overwhelmingly voted to prevent the closure of Guantanamo!
Have you had enough? Then say so, with one of our Shut Down Guantanamo bumper stickers on your car.
