OUR MISSION

Island Cat Resources and Adoption (ICRA) is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the suffering of abandoned and feral (wild/free-roaming) cats and to educating and empowering the local community to aid them in their plight.

We provide low-cost spay/neuter, vaccination, and medical treatment to all of our rescued cats, as well as resources for those in the community who are willing and able to help themselves.
