Jen Lopez needs a heart transplant to go back home to Hawaii.

Before coming back home to Hawaii, Jen's doctors said she can't fly without a heart transplant. So now Jen is stuck in California, away from home, living with her highschool best friend.

First and foremost, we ask for prayers for a heart and successful heart transplant for Jen so she can come back home to Hawaii.
