It's All Greek To Me : Artemision Zeus

The famous Artemision Zeus was fished from an ancient Roman shipwreck, but he's older than that -- his severe style dates him to about 460 BCE. He's special in more ways than one: most Greek bronze statues were melted down long ago. The thunder-god towers over the viewer (2.09m, nearly 7 feet tall), poised as if to cast a thunderbolt.

The backdrop of an ancient inscription makes the figure really pop out on this design. The caption "Zeus: King of the Gods" says it all. A great gift for husbands, dads, and bosses.
