This Buddhist temple is a prominent landmark in Singapore's Chinatown. It is large and very difficult to miss. The inside provides a lot of good photo opportunities both because of the lighting, the subject matter and the colors. I have a few photographs from this temple in my gallery. The name of the temple is long and interesting it was something like 'the temple of the Buddha's relic tooth' which is kind of odd because a temple in Sri Lanka claims to have the only tooth of the Buddha. So maybe this one in Singapore is only the relic replica of the tooth or maybe just a nice old photograph of it. Inside the temple there are a lot of candles. In this inner sanctum of the temple I found a counter top with a long row of these glass candle holders.
