Why, because even the Anti-"Bob" is scared of the Anti-"Bob", and so, this image will keep the Anti-"Bob" at bay, thus enhancing your slack all the more! (Not for repelling EeHeeg EeHeen, the Yacatisma, DEROs, moochers, idiots, rabid dogs, or anything else, although preliminary research shows it is effective at keeping away bosses and solicitors.
