Established in 2004, Friends of Del Rio Animals (FDRA) is the first 501(c)3 tax exempt animal rescue organization in the history of Del Rio, Texas. Our ultimate goal is to build a no-kill animal shelter for which we are trying to raise money through donations and grant writing. In the meantime we are fostering animals in our own homes, working to educate folks about the importance of spaying/neutering, and conducting fundraisers so that we may hold two low-cost spay/neuter clinics per year.
