FictionAlley was founded in the summer of 2001 by a dozen Harry Potter fans. Over almost six years we have become the largest Harry Potter-specific fanfiction/fanart/essay site. In 2005, we introduced a Harry Potter Wiki, Goblet of Fire and Half-Blood Prince events for fandomers and the Katie O'Brien Scholarship Fund which has, since 2006, given three annual scholarships in writing, art and community service.
