Falls River Books

Falls River Books, Inc., now in Falls River Town Center across from Ace Hardware, deals in fine and used books. In contrast to most of the used book stores in Raleigh, Falls River Books is elegantly appointed with wood grain floors, beautiful fixtures and comfortable seating. Proprietor, Steven Elliot, has been in the book business for over a decade, and those of you from Miami may be familiar with his landmark stores, the Kendall Bookshelf and the West Kendall Bookshelf. Steven and all of his employees are extremely knowledgeable, and can provide service and information that you just cannot get in a chain bookstore. Falls River Books carries hardcovers and paperbacks! In addition to leather bound books, first editions, and rare and out-of-print books, Falls River Books has thousands of fiction titles as well as substantial non-fiction sections, including cookbooks, history, art, travel, business, etc. The store also has an excellent children's section with toys to keep the little ones busy while their parents are browsing. All books except collectible books are at least 50% off, even more when you trade your books. Other services provided by Falls River Books include rare book appraisal and searches for hard to find books. Teachers with school identification receive an additional 10% discount (excluding special orders). Falls River Books buys, sells and trades thousands of books every week. Before you drive out of the neighborhood, or purchase books online, check out Falls River Books. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 919-870-9800 1141 Falls River Ave., #124, Raleigh, NC. 27614
