Earth Connection Store. Earth Connection is a school of primitive skills and wilderness survival offering weekend courses and private weekday courses, for persons 18 and older. We are located in Northern Virginia, and offer outdoor classes throughout the year. Earth Connection is now in it's eleventh year of continuous operation. Our hands-on classes are always kept small in size to ensure that each student gets all of the attention and skills coaching that they deserve. Our prices are some of the best around, and so are the classes. We don't believe in big price tags for primitive skills, that's just not natural! Our specialties are classes in Friction Fire Making and Wild Edible Plants. And we also teach a variety of other subjects in outdoor skills and primitive technologies through our courses on Tracks and Sign, Basketry, Primitive Tool Making, Hide Tanning and Wilderness Survival. We are also offering our new Organic Gardening class this year!
