My Dart Shirts is owned, operated and maintained by Rags To Stitches Productions. A creative company that has been in the imprinted sportswear industry since 1996, and that has been playing darts since being introduced to the sport in the mid 80's.
Our goal is to offer the online shopper casual dart shirts with a wide selection of creative designs as well as the more professional looking dart shirts with custom printing or embroidery. We would also like to offer dart leagues and organizations our creative services, custom dart apparel and custom printed non wearables.
The Process - How are my dart shirts printed?
The printed shirts available here are printed using a direct to garment printing process. This allows designers the use of full color and even photographic reproduction without the added expense of traditional printing setups, and provides consumers with the opportunity to purchase full color printed garments with lower set-up fees and no minimums. DTG Printing does have a few limitations, specifically printing on black or dark colored shirts, which explains why darker colors are more expensive. The technology is here and progressing, however at this point in its growth printing on dark colors is a more tedious and expensive process in comparison to printing on light colored substrates.
Having been in the imprinted sportswear industry since 1996, Rags To Stitches Productions has been monitoring this process since its introduction to printing and embroidery and continues to do so as an active business in the imprinted sportswear industry.
