From time to time we receive unsolicited t-shirt design suggestions and we also solicit t-shirt design suggestions from the public. We appreciate these suggestions and accept the submitters claim that the design ideas they submit are in the public domain and are provided to Darkside Digital Arts without charge and for our exclusive use and henceforth under our copyright. The submitting party agrees to reliquish all rights or claims to the designs to Darkside Digital Arts.
