Step 1. Login to your CafePress account
Step 2. Click on the "CafePress Community Forums" link, found towards the bottom of the page
Step 3. Once on the CafePress Community Forums, select the "Login/Join" link found on the right-hand corner
Step 4. Enter your Screen Name in the "Public Profile Fields" box
Step 5. Start chatting!

Your fellow Shopkeepers can give you advice on shop promotion, graphics, shop management and general questions. You'll find many helpful hints from experienced hands and before you know it, you'll be one of them yourself.
