For best results you'll want to save all of your CafePress.com images as PNGs. PNG stands for Portable Network Graphics. It uses lossless compression so you have the best quality image and still a manageable size to upload.
1. Go to "File > Save as�"
2. Select PNG from the format dropdown
3. Click "Save"
You'll get the PNG options window. Leave the default setting of "None" and click "OK."
