Do I need to join in order to create and buy my own product?
No, you do not need to become a CafePress.com member in order to create and buy your own products. If you choose to create and buy without becoming a member, we will collect only the information necessary to process and communicate with you about your product order. Becoming a member will allow you to save the products you create, and membership will allow you to come back to unfinished products and complete them or buy them at a later time. It's free to join, and you will get a free workshop and access to all CafePress.com tools and a wide selection of our products.
Should I join CafePress.com when I create a product?
The benefit to becoming a CafePress.com member is your ability to save all the projects you create. A free membership will allow you to save products at all stages of creation, so you can always come back to finish, modify, and buy them later.
How much does it cost to get my custom products?
Once you design your products, you can buy them at cost for yourself, for friends, for family — and anyone else. Shirts, bags, mugs, and other products with your design on them will be made and shipped to you at the base price of each item.
Can I rotate my image on non-clothing products?
At this time the rotate feature is only available for custom clothing products. In the future we will allow you to rotate your image on additional custom products. In the meantime, you can rotate your images or photographs using PhotoShop or other design software before you upload it to CafePress.com.
How do I save my products so I can see and buy them again?
You can always save your finished and unfinished custom products on CafePress.com. While creating your products, you'll have the option to "Save to Finish Later." When you're finished designing, you can select "Save to Buy Later" and come back another time to make your purchase. You can come back to your completed products whenever you log back in to CafePress.com.
How many products can I create?
You can make as many products as you want! We're always introducing new items for you to make your mark on, so we invite you to take full advantage of our wonderful offerings and create as many products as you like!
Who has access to my products?
As a personal user, your products will not be listed in the CafePress.com marketplace, and your workshop will be password-protected and accessible only to you.
