Terms of Service Update

We will be updating the CafePress.com Terms of Service (TOS), Shopkeepers Agreement and Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our service. New versions of the policies will go into effect August 24, 2004. The significant change in the TOS is that it is now broken out into two agreements; Terms of Service (applies to everyone, including users of our Create and Buy service) and Shopkeeper Agreement (applies only to shopkeepers). Overview of Changes/Additions � Terms of Service (formerly User Agreement)

• We have updated our Terms of Service to include new services such as Create and Buy, CafePress.com Publishing and CafePress.com Audio and Data.
• We have clarified our Terms of Service so we remain complaint with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Overview of Changes/Additions - Shopkeeper Agreement

• Information regarding our Premium Shop service is now part of the Shopkeeper Agreement instead of being it's own agreement.
• Links to informative information such as the Questionable Material and Prohibited Content Policy are now incorporated into the agreement.
• We have included information regarding responsibilities shopkeepers may have to third parties such as payment of music royalties that may be due to rights holders when using our CafePress.com Audio service.
• We have added a new clause that allows CafePress.com to make a charitable donation with the earnings of those members that do not provide us with correct payment information within one year of earning commissions through our service.

Overview of Privacy Policy

• We have rewritten our Privacy Policy to be more user friendly.
