Shop Services: The larger we get the more obvious it becomes that a one-size-fits-all strategy for shop structure is un-S.M.A.R.T. We recognize that the tools our largest shops find imperative may be excessive for beginning Shopkeepers. We want to allow our largest shops to scale and build the momentum they're capable of achieving, to do this we'll begin to offer differentiated service levels.

In addition, we will deliver improved reporting tools, such as an added layer of transparency in deductions (returns, CafeCash usage, and Premium Shop fees) from Shopkeeper accounts, and in the second quarter of the year we'll deliver added visibility into revenue source and selling incentive detail.

Update (3/30/07): As we continue to improve our account reporting, we have changed some details in the Sales Report, Transaction Report, and Commission Check Report summary. This change only affects accounts with an outstanding balance for Premium Shop fees due to an expired, missing, or invalid credit card. Beginning today, Shopkeepers who owe these fees will see a new line item labeled "CafeCash Premium Shop fee deductions" in their reports.
