†††Who are Rod Adams and Mike Allen?

Small town guys, with big ideals! Rod Adams, who has spent most of his life in advertising, driving a truck and Mental Hospitals, and Mike Allen in the logging industry, bars and a Georgia Chain Gang, have both known each other for 25 years.

Where do logging and advertising and trucking join? I suppose that you need to have a good sense of humor for both occupations and the realization of not taking them too serious!

Born in Bedford Virginia, Mike Allen has always dreamed of the bright lights of success. But when Elmer’s feed and grain refused to return his calls he decided to go it alone, that is until one rainy day when the phone rang and it was Rod Adams on the other end of the line. The call went something like this, Hi Mike, remember me? No who is this? Rod Adams... Click!

†††Well, not quite like that, but after a few hang-ups we did talk about our dreams and goals. We found out we both had something in common, we both had a lot of dreams, but no goals. After a few long nights at the Huddle house drinking cheap coffee and telling stories we found that we really did have something in common. We had the ideal that selling stuff on the Internet could make us a few bucks!

But that wasn’t good enough, we wanted to share in the great American dream, MAKE BIG BUCKS, and hide it from the IRS.

Now that we had set our goals, we needed a product. At that precise moment I started laughing and spilled my hot coffee in my lap, why me I exclaimed? Hence, the why me guy.

We’re not running or hiding from a damn thing! We just weren’t prepared to work a non-relevant job, and not get anywhere, although we did for many years!
