THINKING MUSLIM seeks to cultivate a spirit of Islam that is subtly bold, lively, curious, questioning, open, engaging and diverse; a spirit based on knowledge, learning, dialogue, shared values and heritage, pride and love of Islam, God and Prophet.

We opened this online shop on 13 July 2008 and since then we are very humbled to have reached many in USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, France, South Africa, Australia, Denmark, Malaysia, Norway and Trinidad.

We draw from and are influenced by Islam and Muslims, primarily using the Qur'an and Hadith collections as springboards for thought and conceptualisation. We aim for designs that are (hopefully) clever, and that challenge, stimulate, inform and (suitably) amuse.

We have lived and worked in Singapore, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. We are currently based in Cairo, Egypt.
