Addie died from complications of myotonic muscular dystrophy on 03/20/2003. The firemen saved her life, but then refused to take her to the nearby Trauma Center where her disease was well known (4 miles away.) The County Hospital two miles away, where she was taken, lost her by overmedicating before I was allowed into the Emergency Room with the Reasonable Care Guidelines.
