This shirt displays the mantra of Chenrezig, "Om Mani Padme Hum," in Tibetan script on the petals of a lotus with the seed syllable HRI in the center. "Om mani padme hum" is probably the most famous mantra in Buddhism. The Dalai Lama is said to be an incarnation of Chenrezig, so the mantra is especially revered by his devotees. |
