The Chirurgeon's Oath is often read when a new Chirurgeon is presented with his or her warrant in court. This version of the Chirurgeon's Oath has the Chirurgeon's badge as a watermark and is displayed on a faux-parchment background.

On single sided apparal, the warrant is placed on the front. On two sided apparal, a chirurgeon's badge is placed on the front pocket area, and the Warrant is placed on the back, similar to the WWII "blood chit." .

A copy of the chirurgeon's oath makes a perfect gift for any chirurgeon, from the newest Chirurgeon in Training to the most recently retired Emeritus.
