You will frequently hear SCA participants describe the SCA as recreating the Middle Ages "as they ought to have been." In some ways this is true – we selectively recreate the culture, choosing elements of the culture that interest and attract us.
What part of medieval culture attacts you? Is it heavy fighting? Rapier fighting? The equestrian arts? Perhaps archery or falconry is your thing. For others it might be belly dancing, the fiber arts or scribal arts.
Whatever it is, It's not just something we do on the weekend! Wear one of these shirts or display a sticker and let people know what your passion is!
