Coastal White German Shepherd Dog Rescue Referral, a not-for-profit referral site and store. Our main goal is to raise money for emergency veterinary care for WGSDs in need.

Often times dogs are senselessly killed at shelters just because they have heartworms or need a special surgery that neither the >shelter nor most rescues can afford. CWGSDRR was founded to help give these deserving dogs a chance at life by listing them on our site, and by selling WGSD and other pet-related items. Proceeds will go to help defray the costs of expensive treatments and surgeries.

CWGSDRR offers "courtesy listings" for WGSDs in "low exposure" areas, mostly the south-coastal states which have very few rescue groups, and many, many high-kill shelters. >
If you are considering adopting a WGSD, please look at the listings on our "dogs" page. Please note that these dogs are not necessarily under the care of CWGSDRR, and you will need to contact the person, shelter or organization listed in the dog's bio.
