The Periodic Table of Cheeses

The Periodic Table of Cheeses was created in an attempt to make sense of the somewhat bewildering amount of cheeses that are currently available. The Table features all known cheese types (with spaces for as yet undiscovered 'theoretical' cheeses) classified in terms of strength and consistency, and many of the products below come complete with a history of the Table's founder, Anatoli Grigor Konchalovsky.
