To the Congenital Heart Defects Families Association awareness store!
Who we are and what we offer: we are a not-for-profit Association that raises money through product sales and private donations to promote CHD Awareness and Research. We have a wide variety of CHD Awareness products for sale, as well as, heart transplant items. We also design custom products with your child's name and CHD, custom heart walk shirts, or custom items for any CHD event. Please look around and e-mail valerie@CHDfamilies.org if you would like ANY custom products, names and/or CHDs and even your child's picture, added to a product. And not just t-shirts, but mugs, tote bags, etc.
