Fender, a hard luck magician, steals a mystical artifact of immense power so he can escape to a reality of his own creation. But then he is cursed by a Voodoo priestess and hunted by a magical hit man, and Fender’s plans go awry when his stolen artifact unleashes a legion of demons that make their homes in realities created from a young boy’s television fantasies. From worlds based on 80’s action series to 50’s westerns, Fender must constantly redefine himself as he hunts down the demons within each reality and becomes the hero he never was and the man the universe needs him to be.

Raised by television, this introverted, imaginative child now has a TV for a head thanks to the selfish acts of Fender, who happened to be performing an immensely dangerous spell in a hotel room directly above his own.
