Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (CARE) for Animals

Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (CARE) for Animals is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that conducts animal rescue by providing medical care and placing animals facing euthanasia into foster and permanent homes, and by providing spay/neuter programs in an attempt to control the animal overpopulation problem in Central Arkansas.
