CARE4BCS' mission is: To raise funds for Border Collies. To assist shelters, the public and BC rescues through networking, as well as providing transportation, evaluations, referrals and education.

CARE4BCS assists rescues and individuals who do foster, as well as shelters, and border collie owners. It will also assist other border collie rescues with home visits, dog evaluations, dog-related expenses and transportation.
