Black Mesa Ranch

Black Mesa Ranch is a 280-acre working goat ranch located just East of Snowflake in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. Approved for cheese-making by the State Department of Agriculture in early August of 2003, we are the only certified goat dairy in the state. Black Mesa Ranch is “off-grid” and generates all it’s own electricity, primarily from solar and wind sources. We pride ourselves in following sustainable agriculture principles and in being conscientious stewards of our land and are proud to join the small, select community of Fine American Farmstead Cheesemakers.
