Act 1, Scene 4.1 "Mercy no more, forever."
...and FOREVER is a long time! In the above storyboard Mercy and her husband of 12 months, Scott, are in the tub in a candlelit bathroom after putting their daughter Grace to bed but... as all good screenwriter's know, "if the scene is about what's in the scene then your scene is dead in the water!" How true and hint, hint, in this case, the previous statement is also a secret pun. These types of scenes do not usually exist in real life without some sort of agenda or hidden meaning also taking place.
You may have guessed from reading through previous clues that Mercy is a CIA agent, as is her husband. In this scene they joke about changing their names. I cannot give too much away but there is a very good reason that Scott tells her, "You will be Mercy no more, forever." There are agendas afloat, and these carry big risks and dangers. What is the fate of Mercy, Scott, and baby Grace? Keep exploring!
